Royal Enfield has launched its fashion old bikes with latest technology, Classic 500. It has launched two models namely Classic 350 and Classic 500. As usual RE bikes has very attractive design and styling. Bike has many advantages in it. This bike is yet an other world class product from the company.  It has high power, fuel efficiency, reliability and gorgeous look. Bike costs 146k INR approximately.

Design: Bike has classic design upgraded with the latest technologies. It has high power engine, comfortable suspensions, stylish headlamps and seatings. Front disc brake, number plate and  tool box are unique features of the bike. And also has multi spoke rim, front and rear mudguards, single saddle seat, silencer, air filter box and leg guard.

Engine: Bike has single cylinder, 4 stroke, air cooled, electronic fuel injected engine. Has 2.75 litres oil tank capacity and 13.5 litres fuel tank capacity. It gives a displacement of 499cc and maximum power of 27.2Bhp at 5250 rpm and maximum torque of 41.3Nm at 4000 rpm. It is also an unit construction (UCE) and SI engine. Also has 5 speed gear box transmission and fitted with both kick and electric start.

Performance:  No doubt, bike has high performance. Bike gives a mileage of about 40-45kmpl and runs at a top speed of 130kmph. Comforts: Riding posture, seating arrangement proves to gives good comfort of riding. Handle bars are fitted at correct distance to driving easiness.  Footpegs are fitted at both the ends. Naked spring seats gives good comfort of riding. One more ultimated comfortness is Roll Over Sensor, which switch off the fuel supply and ignition when the bike undergoes accident or skiding and thus saves the rider. Malfunction indicator informs the rider any faults happened in the bike.
